As a part of our sales team you will visit various customers and help solve problems. You will work closely with them to find solutions that are safer, faster, or smarter than their current processes. This is done by selling our current products or designing custom solutions for their specific needs.
During the course of a week, you would spend 50% of your time working directly with the customers. The rest of your time is spent collaborating with our staff of engineers and developing custom designs.

Tri Star Design & Manufacturing has developed a solid reputation for designing simple solutions to difficult problems. As a part of our Engineering Team you will work with sales and manufacturing to design, develop, manufacture, and install custom designs based on our customers needs. Much of your time will be making new designs or updating current design.
